United Community Credit Union has a PART-TIME Call Center Representative position available in Quincy.
Seeking outgoing personality who enjoys helping people and has good communication skills. Position is responsible for: assisting members and potential members with their telephone requests such as balance inquiries, transferring funds, online banking, Visa questions, and general account questions; explaining services; responding to problems; and directing phone calls to the appropriate area.
Requirements: 6 months or more of similar experience and some college education desired. Ability to use multi-line phone system a plus. Flexible weekday availability desired. Some Saturday mornings required.
