FULL-TIME CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

United Community Credit Union has a FULL-TIME Call Center Representative position available in Quincy. Seeking outgoing personality who enjoys helping people and has good communication skills. Position is responsible for: assisting members and potential members with their telephone requests such as balance inquiries, transferring funds, online banking, Visa questions, and general account questions; explaining services; responding to problems; and directing phone calls to the appropriate area.

Requirements: 6 months or more of similar experience and some college education desired. Ability to use multi-line phone system a plus. Some Saturday mornings required.

CONSUMER/MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESSOR

UCCU has a full time Consumer/Mortgage Loan Processor position available in Quincy.

The primary function of this position is to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of consumer and mortgage loans. Responsibilities include conducting confidential loan interviews in person or over the phone; completing loan applications for mortgages, vehicle loans, line-of-credit, credit cards and other consumer loans; and ensuring compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.

Requirements: Degree in business, finance, or related field – OR – 2+ years’ experience in related field recommended. Ability to analyze risk, calculate ratios, interpret consumer credit reports; exceptional time management, organization, and decision-making skills.
