QUINCY: OPERATIONS MANAGER

United Community Credit Union is seeking a FULL-TIME Operations Manager in Quincy.
The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
Manage the daily functions of the business
Directs and monitors the work of direct reports
Uses loan authority to underwrite loans
Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
Manage budget to align with goals of business

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a similar role
A four-year college degree in business or related field preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multi-task
Comfortable working with multiple groups within business

HANNIBAL: FULL-TIME MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

United Community Credit Union is seeking a FULL-TIME member service representative (teller) in Hannibal.
Seeking outgoing personality who enjoys helping people and has good communication skills. Position is responsible for daily transactions, answering the phone, and general office duties.

Requirements: 6 months or more of similar experience and some college education desired. Some Saturday mornings required.

HANNIBAL: PART-TIME MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

United Community Credit Union is seeking a PART-TIME member service representative (teller) in Hannibal.
Seeking outgoing personality who enjoys helping people and has good communication skills. Position is responsible for daily transactions, answering the phone, and general office duties.
