Making a Payment with UCCU

  • Making a payment is easy, simply click the “Make a Payment” button from our website. 
  • If your loan is past due, you’ll get a text reminding you to make your payment. From there, you can pay or opt out anytime by replying STOP.
  • The payment link takes you to a secure portal where you’ll verify your account using your account number and date of birth.
  • The first time you use it, you’ll:
    • Create a 4-digit PIN (you’ll use this for future payments)
    • Add a payment method (debit card or bank account)
    • Once you’re set up, you can easily view your loans and choose how you want to pay.

Paying by text

Just reply “Pay” to your reminder text and enter your PIN when prompted to complete your payment. You’ll get a confirmation right away.
